The agile and thorough team at Servanté Property Management are dedicated to taking the stress out of being the ‘landlord’ for our owners. Being local property investors ourselves for over 40 years combined, we have seen it all – the good, the bad & the ugly! (mostly good, however).
With all our professional/personal experience in Property Management (17 Years), Training, Building Industry, Property Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Marketing, Sales and Customer Services, we are super equipped to take your property under our wing and manage it.
Karen resides in the lovely Kapiti Coast. She is more than happy to manage any property in the Greater Wellington area, including Horowhenua, Kapiti Coast, Porirua, Hutt Valley and Wellington.
